Imagine a movie set in a tropical environment, and you have Olympia, aka Zeus Park.  The charming Olympia neighborhood was born out of an idea to create a beautiful, lush tropical backdrop for the movie industry in the 1920s.

Olympia is comprised of some of the oldest and historically designated homes in Hobe Sound, dating back to the mid-1920s. You will find that Zeus Park has that “Old Florida” charm.

What makes Zeus Park extra special are the people that inhabit it. It is a true community, where you can bring your dogs to the park every evening for “yappy hour” and converse with your neighbors. It’s a great place to make new friends!

Olympia or Zeus Park is designed with a large circular green space as the focal point of the community. There you will find your neighbors walking their dogs, riding bikes, and everyone just enjoying a day in the Florida sunshine.

Take a stroll or ride your bike downtown for coffee at Hobe Sound’s newest coffee shop Hobe Sound Social & Coffee . Zeus Park is within walking distance to downtown Hobe Sound, which is ideal for local conveniences as well as taking part in community events such as the Fourth of July Parade, Christmas Parade, and Hobe Sound Art Festival.

This community consists of approximately 336 parcels and is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Hobe Sound.

Zeus Park has a wide variety of home designs from “Old Florida” ranches, Key West-style homes, and several contemporary homes of new construction.

Home sizes range from 800 square feet to larger homes between 5000-6000 square feet, and can be built as far back as the 1920s, or new construction.

Several of the older homes have deeded access to a private boat ramp on the Indian River.

Although Zeus Park is in close proximity to the water, it is  “high and dry”, and is not in a flood zone.

Homes listed for sale in the Olympia neighborhood do not stay on the market long. Not only do homes in Olympia sell quickly there is minimal turnover.
