Dana O’Hara Smith cut her teeth in the real estate industry in Miami Florida where she grew up. She started her appraisal career in 1999 after a successful decade career in the film industry as a script supervisor. Within 25 years she has inspected several thousand homes in the South Florida market.

Starting off her career in Miami gave Dana valuable insight into actual stories that happen between buyer and seller, (and yes! you can get a Maserati included in that purchase price for a high-rise condo in Miami!) and this is why Dana’s curious and thoughtful nature gives her the tools to research and analyze the real stories and numbers that make up the real estate market which changes daily.
